Namaste N Slay LLC - Terms of Use

Last updated: June 2026

These Terms apply to our entire website and everything we offer. Terms for a specific program are added in the Addenda at the end.

On this page

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of all programs, memberships, courses, digital products, coaching, and content offered by Namaste N Slay LLC ("we," "us," "the Company"), including The Self-Led Society and Interrupt the Loop. By purchasing or accessing anything we offer, you agree to these Terms. Program-specific terms ("Addenda") may add to these; where they conflict, the Addendum controls for that program.

1. Scope

These Terms apply to everything we sell and to your use of our website and platforms. They work together with any program Addendum.

2. Our intellectual property

All of our content, frameworks, teachings, recordings, worksheets, and materials (including The Self-Led Society, Interrupt the Loop, the S.L.A.Y. Method, the Survival Loop, the Transformation Tree, and related work) are owned by us. Your purchase grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them for your own personal growth only. You may not copy, record, share, resell, teach, or distribute them, or use them to build a competing offer.

3. Payment

By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the full price, including any recurring or installment payments, until paid in full or cancelled per these Terms. If a payment plan is offered, you remain responsible for completing all installments regardless of whether you use the program. A failed payment may pause your access until resolved.

4. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, contact us first at [email protected] so we can resolve it. You agree to give us written notice and a chance to fix any billing issue before filing a chargeback. Chargebacks filed for valid, delivered purchases may be disputed.

5. Refunds

All sales are final and non-refundable. Because our products are digital and you receive immediate access to content, recordings, and, where applicable, bundled programs and bonuses the moment you join, no refunds are given, including for your first month or any month of a membership. You may cancel a membership at any time to stop future charges, but amounts already paid are non-refundable given the access you have already received.

6. Access and delivery

Programs are delivered live, by recording, and through online platforms. Access lasts for the period stated for each program, and for memberships, for as long as your membership is active. We may update content and may move services to a different platform as long as the core deliverables remain available.

7. Third-party platforms

We use third-party tools, such as our course platform and video software. We are not responsible for their outages, changes, or account actions, and such issues are not grounds for a refund as long as we continue to provide the core program.

8. Privacy

Your information is handled per our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.yamarienegron.com/privacy. By purchasing or opting in, you consent to receive program and marketing communications, which you can opt out of at any time.

9. Cookies, tracking, and advertising

Our website and pages use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, such as the Meta pixel and Google Analytics and Ads, to operate the site, understand how it is used, and deliver and measure advertising, including showing you our ads on other platforms and retargeting visitors. These tools may collect device and usage information and share it with our advertising and analytics partners. You can control cookies through your browser settings and manage ad preferences with the relevant platforms. How we collect, use, and share this information, and the choices you have, are described in our Privacy Policy at https://www.yamarienegron.com/privacy.

10. Recordings, consent, and testimonials

Our live calls and group sessions are recorded so members can revisit them inside the program, for example in the Coaching Vault. By taking part, you understand that you may appear or be heard in these recordings, which are shared only within the program and its community. We will not use your name, image, likeness, voice, comments, or testimonial in any public marketing or promotion without first reaching out to you and getting your permission. If you would prefer not to appear even in the member recordings, you may keep your camera off and take part by audio or chat, or let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

11. Community standards

Our community and live calls run on doing the work, not unloading it. By taking part, you agree to:

(a) Confidentiality. What members share in the community and on calls stays within the program. You will not repeat, screenshot, record, forward, or share another member's words, story, or identity outside our spaces.

(b) Respect and self-responsibility. Engage respectfully and speak from your own experience. Do not give unsolicited advice, coach, diagnose, or try to "fix" other members; coaching is provided by us. Bring heavy or crisis-level processing to a coaching hot seat or to us directly, not onto another member.

(c) No harassment or solicitation. No harassment, hate, discrimination, or abusive conduct, and no selling, recruiting, or promoting to other members.

(d) Your participation. You choose what and how much you share, you are never required to share, and you may take part by audio or chat with your camera off (see Section 10).

We may edit or remove content, and may suspend or remove any member who is disruptive, abusive, or repeatedly violates these standards, without refund.

12. Not professional advice; no guarantees

Our programs are for education and personal growth. They are not therapy, counseling, or medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice, and they are not a substitute for care from a licensed professional. Yamarie Negron is a coach, not a licensed therapist or medical provider. If you are in crisis, contact a licensed professional or your local crisis line. We make no guarantee of any specific result. Your outcomes depend on your own participation and choices, and you are responsible for your decisions and actions.

13. Artificial intelligence

We may use artificial intelligence and automated tools to help create, deliver, personalize, and support our content, programs, and communications. AI-assisted content is provided for education and general information, may not always be accurate or complete, and is not a substitute for professional advice (see Section 12). You may not use our content, materials, recordings, or community contributions to train, fine-tune, or develop any artificial intelligence model, dataset, or competing tool. Any information you submit to an AI feature we offer is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your purchase or participation, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the program in question. We are not liable for events outside our reasonable control.

15. Indemnification

You agree to hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of our content or your violation of these Terms.

16. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If a dispute arises, you agree to first try to resolve it with us in good faith by written notice. Any dispute not resolved within 30 days will be settled by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, seated in Williamson County, Texas, and decided under Texas law. Judgment on the award may be entered in any Texas court of competent jurisdiction. You and we each waive any right to a jury trial and to bring or join a class action. Either party may still ask a Texas court for an injunction to protect intellectual property.

17. Changes

We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will notify members by email or platform notice. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

18. Low-ticket products

All products priced under $100, such as our guides and short trainings, are final-sale, non-refundable, and carry a single-user, non-transferable license.

19. Acceptance

You must be 18 or older. Completing a purchase or continuing to access our programs is your electronic signature and legally binding agreement to these Terms.

Addendum: The Self-Led Society

The following terms apply specifically to The Self-Led Society and work together with the general Terms above. Where they differ, this Addendum controls for The Self-Led Society.

  • The Self-Led Society is a monthly group coaching membership including a weekly live group coaching call, a private member community, a library of recorded calls, and digital tools.
  • It is billed monthly and renews automatically. Founding members keep their founding rate for a full year (twelve consecutive monthly billing cycles) from the date they join, as long as their membership stays active and uninterrupted. After that, the membership renews at the then-current standard rate, and we will give notice before any rate change. If you cancel and rejoin, the then-current rate applies.
  • You may cancel anytime through your member portal or by emailing [email protected]. Cancelling stops future charges and ends your access at the end of your current paid month. Consistent with Section 5, payments already made are non-refundable, including your first month, because you receive immediate access to the community, recordings, tools, and any bundled course or bonus the moment you join.
  • Coaching is delivered to the group. You may bring your situation to be coached when time allows; not every member is individually coached every week.
