The Self-Led Society
You're strong and capable. Now it's costing you.
You're accomplished, respected, and quietly stuck in the same cycle. The Self-Led Society is the weekly room where you finally change that, and get unstuck for good.
$197 a month. Plus my Interrupt the Loop course, yours free.
Practice it
This is where knowing finally becomes doing. Every week we catch the pattern and interrupt it together, on your actual life, not in theory.
Belong
You've carried everyone for years. Being the strong one shouldn't cost you being cared for. Here you're supported, and still pushed to change. Held, not coddled.
Become self-led
You learn to stay yourself the moment everything in you wants to default to survival, and choose yourself anyway, until self-led is simply who you are.
The patterns that kept you safe and successful are now your ceiling.
You're the capable one, so it all lands on you. You carry too much, you can't quite hand it off, and asking for help still feels like failing. So you tough it out alone, and the walls get higher.
And the armor that wins at work won't come off at home. The same drive that built your career can leave love and real partnership feeling just out of reach.
You've tried everything to push past it. More books, more discipline, more effort. But you can't out-work a ceiling your own patterns built.
I know this from the inside, and from coaching hundreds of women who looked put-together and were stretched to nothing underneath. The way through wasn't more discipline. It was a different skill, practiced in a room. When I ran this work as a group, every measure of self-worth moved in the right direction:
*From a 12-week pilot, both on a 1-to-10 scale, and the two run in opposite directions. For survival mode (how stuck in stress and overdrive they felt), lower is better, so 8.5 down to 2.5 is a big improvement. For self-trust (how much they trusted their own decisions), higher is better, so 3 up to 8 is too. A small group, their own honest ratings, not a lab study.
You're also at risk of getting trapped in a survival cycle like this
It runs underneath every decision in career and relationships. A trigger fires, the old pattern takes over, you get a hit of relief, and the story gets confirmed. Then it loops, again and again, until something finally interrupts it.
You want to break the cycle.
You want to trust your own decisions. To stop running the same cycle with a different face. To be met in love instead of managing it. To stop bracing your way through your own life.
That's not too much to want. It's what all that capability was always for.
But you don't get there by carrying more, or reading one more book. You get there by becoming self-led: staying yourself the moment the old pattern fires, and choosing yourself instead of abandoning yourself to keep everyone else okay. Again and again, until it's simply who you are.
That's what we practice in the Self-Led Society.
You don't think your way out. You interrupt it.
Inside the Society you build four skills, the same four every month, until they run on their own and the loop loses its grip.
Pattern awareness
Catch the moment a pattern fires, before it makes the decision for you.
Self-regulation
Settle your body so you can think clearly instead of react.
Self-trust
Break free from fear-based decisions by learning to trust your own inner knowing.
Self-leadership
Make the call yourself, instead of letting the old pattern make it.
Every month we point those four skills at one real part of your life. Boundaries. Balance and capacity. The relationship that won't meet you. The holidays.
Your pattern doesn't care what day it is.
It fires on a Thursday, when the email lands. Friday, when your boss asks for one more thing. Sunday night, mid-text, when you already know you'll regret hitting send.
That's where it's won or lost. Not on the call. In the moment it fires, when you're alone with it.
So I'm in the group with you all week, not just Tuesdays. You bring the email. The text. The conversation you don't know how to have. The boundary you almost abandoned. And I coach you through it, right then.
So you catch it in real life, in the moment that counts, instead of spotting it three days too late. That's how this stops being one more thing you understand, and starts being how you live.
Same person, new pattern.
What changes when the pattern stops running you.
Wilma, OH
I spent years overgiving, trying to earn love. Through this work, I saw the pattern and left a 9-year toxic relationship. That decision changed how I show up in life.
Dr. Loubna, NJ
I used to get overwhelmed when I needed to set boundaries. Now I respond differently instead of reacting. I set clear boundaries and trust my decisions.

Working with Yamarie helped me find my voice, shift old patterns, and build the skills to create healthier relationships. She's my secret weapon in this thing called life.
What's inside the Society
A live group coaching call with me, every week. I teach, then I coach women through real situations on the spot. Bring yours when you want to be coached, and on the weeks you're not in the seat, watching me work through someone else's version of your pattern lands just as hard.
Private community access. A room of capable women who actually get it, where you connect between calls, share your wins, and stop being the only strong one.
The Coaching Vault. Every call is recorded and added to a growing library you can come back to anytime, so you never miss the teaching.
All my tools in one place: the Survival Loop, the regulation practices, the Interrupt Map, the Self-Trust Tracker.
Me, in the group with you all week. You post what came up between calls, the boundary you almost dropped, the message you didn't know how to answer, and I answer you. Not a peer, me. This is coaching in the moment the pattern fires, plus a room of women who actually get it.
Plus, the day you join:
Interrupt the Loop, my $197 course, yours free. It teaches you how to catch a survival pattern the moment it fires and stop it before it runs you, so you walk into your first call already knowing the method.
They Didn't Just Feel Better, They Changed.
What women from our pilot had to say before and after twelve weeks.
"I believed change would be really hard, and that I'd always feel stuck in my old patterns."
Twelve weeks later
"I believe positive change is possible, and that I have the strength and the tools to create healthier patterns in my life."
Yashema
"I had to work hard to be accepted."
Twelve weeks later
"I have the right to rest. I don't have to work harder than needed for what's in my best interest."
Toni
"I believed I wasn't enough. I'd heard it so many times I believed it."
Twelve weeks later
"I'm more than enough, for the people who treat me as an equal, who respect me and my boundaries."
Vanya
"I thought I'd be stuck with the same thoughts about myself and the same self-defeating behaviors."
Twelve weeks later
"I can be my own champion. I can speak kindly to myself and speak up for myself."

This is for you if:
You're capable, accomplished, and worn out from being the one who holds it all together.
You've done the books and the therapy, and you're tired of understanding the pattern instead of changing it.
You want a room that moves you forward, not one that lets you retell the same story.
You're ready to do the work in real life, not someday.
This is not for you if:
You want a place to repeat the same story every week without changing anything.
You want to watch from the sidelines and collect another course.
You're shopping for the cheapest group you can find.
You want someone to promise you nothing needs to change. I'll hold space for your fear and still invite you to grow.
This is the room where what you know finally becomes how you live.

A few common questions
"I don't have time for a weekly call."
That's the pattern talking, and it's exactly why you're here. It's one hour, and it's the hour that hands you the rest of your week back. Come for what you can, catch the rest in the vault.
"When are the weekly calls?"
The group meets live with me on Tuesdays at 4 PM CT (5 PM ET), one hour. Can't make it live? Every call is recorded and added to the vault, so you can catch up and still bring your situation for next week.
"What can I expect inside?"
Here's the general rhythm, and it'll keep evolving as the room grows. Each week we meet live for an hour. We ground, then open with hot seat coaching: a few of you bring what's on your mind and I help you work through it live. After that, I teach on the skill or theme for the week. Each month we focus on a different piece of self-mastery: catching your patterns before they run you, regulating your body so you can think clearly, telling fear from truth, and choosing from your values instead of your fear. You leave with tools you can use that week to support you with real life, not just theory. Between calls, the community is your safe place to practice what you're learning, share wins, and stay connected to women who get it, because deep transformation requires connection.
"I'm in your group on Circles. How is this different?"
First, thank you for being in those rooms with me. They meant a lot. Here's the honest picture: Circles is evolving how it delivers support, and the live rooms I've been facilitating there have now wrapped up. The Self-Led Society is where I'm continuing this work, for the women who want to keep building on the growth they've already made. It's a community guided by someone who has walked through the fire and is evolving alongside you, with tools you can actually apply in real life and a safe, human space to practice what you learn. Each week we meet live and I teach you practical skills to support you in real life. You also get my Interrupt the Loop mini course free, and a private room of women doing the work alongside you.
"I've tried groups, and they turned into everyone dumping on each other."
Same, and that's why this one runs on doing the work, not unloading it. You bring questions, I help you work through it and turn it into a teachable moment, and you leave with something you can use. It stays focused and safe. No dumping, no fixing each other.
"Is this only for women?"
Yes, it is. The Self-Led Society is built for and centered on women, and that's part of what makes the room feel safe enough to do this work. If you're a man who wants a room like this, I hear you, and I'm looking into a men's-only group. Email me at [email protected] and I'll keep you posted.
"What if I don't want to be recorded?"
Totally fair. Calls are recorded so you can rewatch them in the vault if you miss one or want to revisit something. But you're always in control of how you show up: keep your camera off, take part by chat or audio, or just listen in. And we will never use your face, name, or words in any public marketing without asking you first. Your privacy stays yours.
"Is this therapy?"
No. I'm not a licensed therapist and this isn't treatment. I am a national board certified coach and The Self-led Society is a group coaching container where we teach you skills to achieve self-mastery and interrupt patterns in real life.
"What if I'm new to you and this work?"
Welcome. You don't need any history with me to belong here. You just need to be ready to do the work. The day you join, you get Interrupt the Loop, my course, free. It gives you a strong foundation in the method, and you can watch it whenever works for you, before your first call or as you go. You're never behind, and you can start any week.
"What if I miss a week?"
Every call is recorded and added to the vault. Drop in when you can. Your membership secures your seat.
You've been the strong one for a long time.
Long enough to know that doing more hasn't changed it. What changes it is a room to practice in, every week, with women who get it and a coach who won't let you disappear.
That room is open now, and there's a seat in it for you.
I'm not fixing myself. I'm evolving. Come do it with us.
