This Privacy Policy explains how Namaste N Slay, LLC ("we," "us," "our"), the company behind yamarienegron.com, The Self-Led Society, and Interrupt the Loop, collects, uses, shares, and protects your information. By using our site or programs, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, email, phone, billing and contact details, and anything you share in our programs, community, live calls, forms, surveys, or messages to us. Information we collect automatically: IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view, and how you use our site, gathered through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies. Payment information: payments are processed by our payment processor (Stripe and/or Kajabi Payments), and we do not store your full card number.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to deliver your programs and run your account, process payments, provide support, send program updates and (with your consent) marketing, improve our site and offers, run and measure advertising, keep our community safe, and meet our legal and tax obligations.

3. Cookies, tracking, and advertising

We use cookies, pixels, web beacons, and similar storage technologies from third parties, including Meta and Google, to collect or receive information from this website and elsewhere on the internet. Those third parties use that information to run the site, understand how it is used, and provide measurement services and deliver and target advertising, including showing you our ads on other platforms (retargeting). These tools may share device and usage information with Meta, Google, and other partners. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of personalized advertising through Meta's and Google's ad settings. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies through the Digital Advertising Alliance at aboutads.info/choices, or, if you are in Europe, at youronlinechoices.eu. Where required, we honor browser-based opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC).

4. How we share your information

We share information with service providers who help us run our business, including our website and course platform (Kajabi), our email and marketing platforms (Kajabi and Mailchimp), our payment processor (Stripe and/or Kajabi Payments), our video platform for live calls (Zoom), our AI notetaker that records, transcribes, and summarizes calls (Fathom), our member portal and app hosting provider (Replit), the service that sends sign-in codes by email (Resend), and our AI coaching companion (Coachvox). We share information with advertising and analytics partners (such as Meta and Google) as described above. We may disclose information when required by law, and we may transfer it if our business is sold or reorganized. We do not sell your personal information for money. Some advertising-related sharing may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under certain state laws; see Your privacy rights below.

5. Email and marketing

With your consent, we send program and marketing emails through our email platforms. You can unsubscribe anytime using the link in any email or by emailing us. We will still send essential account, billing, and program messages.

6. Recordings and member content

Our live calls and group sessions are recorded, transcribed, and summarized, including with an AI notetaker (Fathom), so members can revisit them inside the program. We will not use your name, image, likeness, voice, comments, or testimonial in any public marketing or promotion without first reaching out to you and getting your permission. You may keep your camera off and take part by audio or chat.

7. Member portal and AI coaching

What you share. Inside the Self-Led Society member portal you may share your goals, answers to our guided assessment, the patterns you recognize in yourself, practice notes, check-ins, and reflections. You never have to share health details, history you would rather keep private, or information about other people. You choose what information to share. The 11 core assessment questions are currently required to create your personalized experience, but you can choose not to complete the assessment.

How we use it. We use what you share to suggest where to start, what to practice, and what to focus on next. Suggestions are not a diagnosis or a judgment about you, and you can change or decline them.

Who can see it. Your portal answers and reflections are never shown to other members or posted in the community. Nothing is posted unless you review it and choose to publish it. Yamarie and the Self-Led Society team can read your portal answers and reflections. We read them to support you, to improve the membership, and to help keep members safe, and we never share them outside the team or use them publicly without your permission.

AI processing. Some portal features use AI services, such as Anthropic (Claude), to help personalize your suggestions. We send only what a feature needs, through business services whose terms say they do not use your information to train their models by default.

Coachvox. Our AI coaching companion is provided by Coachvox, a separate company. Coachvox is an AI, not a person, and it is coaching support, not therapy or crisis care. Your Coachvox conversations are stored by Coachvox under its own terms and privacy policy. To start a chat, Coachvox asks for your name and email. We can see who uses Coachvox, and we review conversations to improve the member experience and to help keep members safe.

Your choices. In My Privacy & Data you can review and edit what you've shared, download a copy, or ask us to delete it.

Not therapy. The member portal and Coachvox provide coaching and education. They are not therapy, medical care, diagnosis, or crisis support. If you are in danger or in crisis, call or text 988 in the United States, or your local emergency number.

8. Artificial intelligence

We may use artificial intelligence and automated tools, including third-party AI services such as Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI (ChatGPT), to help create, deliver, personalize, and support our content, communications, and call notes. We aim to share only the personal information reasonably needed for these purposes, and any information processed by these third-party tools is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Information you submit to any AI feature we offer is handled under this Privacy Policy. We do not use automated tools to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you without human involvement. See "Member portal and AI coaching" above for how AI is used inside the member portal and Coachvox.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of your personal information; opt out of marketing; and opt out of targeted advertising and the "sale" or "sharing" of your information. Residents of California, Texas, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have these rights, including the right to appeal a denied request. Residents of the EU and UK have rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR, including the right to object to processing and to complain to a regulator. We may process your personal data for targeted advertising; you can opt out by emailing us or by using a browser GPC signal. To exercise any right, email [email protected]. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. We will respond to your request within 45 days. If we need more time, we will let you know within that period, and we may take up to 45 additional days.

10. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as long as we need it to provide our programs, meet legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes. After that, we delete or anonymize it.

For the member portal, we keep your portal answers, blueprint, and reflections while you are a member and for 90 days after your membership ends. After that, we delete the information that identifies you, and it is cleared from our backups within 30 days. We may keep de-identified, combined information (for example, how many members chose a particular goal) that cannot reasonably be linked back to you, to understand our members and improve our programs. You can ask us to delete your portal data sooner at any time.

11. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please notify us of any suspected breach or unauthorized use of your account.

12. Children

Our site and programs are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

13. Where your information is processed

We are based in the United States, and your information is processed here. If you access our site from outside the United States, you understand that your information is transferred to and handled in the United States.

14. Third-party links

Our site may link to other websites we do not control. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to read their policies.

15. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new date at the top, and for material changes we will provide notice. Continued use after a change means you accept it. If a change reduces your privacy rights, we will notify you by email.
