This Privacy Policy explains how Namaste N Slay, LLC ("we," "us," "our"), the company behind yamarienegron.com, The Self-Led Society, and Interrupt the Loop, collects, uses, shares, and protects your information. By using our site or programs, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, email, phone, billing and contact details, and anything you share in our programs, community, live calls, forms, surveys, or messages to us. Information we collect automatically: IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view, and how you use our site, gathered through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies. Payment information: payments are processed by our payment processor (Stripe and/or Kajabi Payments), and we do not store your full card number.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to deliver your programs and run your account, process payments, provide support, send program updates and (with your consent) marketing, improve our site and offers, run and measure advertising, keep our community safe, and meet our legal and tax obligations.

3. Cookies, tracking, and advertising

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, including the Meta pixel and Google Analytics and Google Ads, to run the site, understand how it is used, and deliver and measure advertising, including showing you our ads on other platforms (retargeting). These tools may share device and usage information with Meta, Google, and other partners. You can control cookies through your browser settings, opt out of personalized advertising through Meta's and Google's ad settings, and where required we honor browser-based opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC).

We share information with service providers who help us run our business, including our website and course platform (Kajabi), our email and marketing platforms (Kajabi and Mailchimp), our payment processor (Stripe and/or Kajabi Payments), our video platform for live calls (Zoom), and our AI notetaker that records, transcribes, and summarizes calls (Fathom). We share information with advertising and analytics partners (such as Meta and Google) as described above. We may disclose information when required by law, and we may transfer it if our business is sold or reorganized. We do not sell your personal information for money. 5. Email and marketing

With your consent, we send program and marketing emails through our email platforms. You can unsubscribe anytime using the link in any email or by emailing us. We will still send essential account, billing, and program messages.

6. Recordings and member content

Our live calls and group sessions are recorded, transcribed, and summarized, including with an AI notetaker (Fathom), so members can revisit them inside the program. We will not use your name, image, likeness, voice, comments, or testimonial in any public marketing or promotion without first reaching out to you and getting your permission. You may keep your camera off and take part by audio or chat.

7. Artificial intelligence

We may use artificial intelligence and automated tools, including third-party AI services such as Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI (ChatGPT), to help create, deliver, personalize, and support our content, communications, and call notes. We aim to share only the personal information reasonably needed for these purposes, and any information processed by these third-party tools is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Information you submit to any AI feature we offer is handled under this Privacy Policy. We do not use automated tools to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you without human involvement.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of your personal information; opt out of marketing; and opt out of targeted advertising and the "sale" or "sharing" of your information. Residents of California, Texas, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have these rights, including the right to appeal a denied request. Residents of the EU and UK have rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR, including the right to object to processing and to complain to a regulator. 9. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as long as we need it to provide our programs, meet legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes. After that, we delete or anonymize it.

10. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please notify us of any suspected breach or unauthorized use of your account.

11. Children

Our site and programs are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

12. Where your information is processed

We are based in the United States, and your information is processed here. If you access our site from outside the United States, you understand that your information is transferred to and handled in the United States.
