Frustrated by her own healing and transformation journey, Yamarie became a Certified Trauma Support Specialist, Intuitive Life Coach and founded Namaste N’ Slay.
Her signature S.L.A.Y method leverages trauma-informed techniques, mindset and habit formation principles, esoteric tools, and energy healing to help individuals break-free from the cycles that are holding them back from living their best lives.
